She has greeted me in such a positive, energetic way at each and every inspection I have attended. This particular women is extremely knowledgeable and has answered every question I have asked with honesty and confidence. Whether Jordan knew the answer straight away or not, she got back to me every time after investigating, whether it was a text message, phone call, email or all of the above. The level of customer service I have received from Jordan Crossin is outstanding. I have found a property through another Ray White Agency, but I just wanted to publicly express the efforts of this young lady and ensure that it is known just how well she treats her clients.

A huge thank you to the amazing team at Ray White Glen Waverley, especially thanking Josh & Helen for going above and beyond for my mum and I. 

Without these amazing staff we don’t know where we would be. 

Both Josh & Helen were able to secure our dream rental property for us.
Dealing with them has been amazing! So professional and makes you feel at ease through out the whole process. 

I can’t thank Ray White Glen Waverley enough for helping us out so much. 

Thank you to you all for all your hard work and dedication. 
You are true professionals and if we weren’t successful for this place we would still have love to do business with them in the near future.

a huge thank you to Jordan Crossin - she did an inspection at our property (that we were previously renting), as no one attended the inspection and we were moving our things to and from the house to the truck, Jordan kindly asked if we needed any help and then began picking up little box’s etc to help us move. We then found out she was on her lunch break after this particular inspection but stayed behind 10 minutes or so to help us (wearing high heels and all!!) Amazing service, sad to leave ray white Glen Waverley but happy to be moving into our own home. Thanks, Chris.

Dear Jordan,

Thank you for your brilliant customer service. You have gone above and beyond my expectations of a real estate agent. I have dealt with many unprofessional agents in my life & you are by far the best one I have had the pleasure to meet. A huge thank you for checking in and keeping in touch even months after we first started looking. We are (finally) settled into a property (not through ray White unfortunately) but still receive messages and phone calls from Jordan.

We have been looking at Rental Properties over the last 12 months and have struggled to find the perfect location. Today we found a property that suits all our needs and Jordan from Ray White Glen Waverley who was showing the property today was a breath of fresh air!! She was extremely helpful and very easy to talk too! It’s very difficult these days to find a personable and helpful agent. Well done Jordan, fantastic job!! Your customer service exceeded our expectations by far 👏
