When it came to selling our family home of 19 years we chose the Barry Plant team. We had actually bought if from Sam Rosello all those years before and was pleased to see he is still with the same agent. Sam and his team - Jasmin, Sonia, Kathleen and all the other excellent agents made the whole process quite easy. We were always kept up to date with how many attended the open for inspections, how many were return visits, and even how many times our property had been viewed on the Internet adds. At no time were we ever given any false expectations. Because of their hard work and dedication to their clients( us) we were able to achieve our asking price at auction. Our house will now become a home to a beautiful new family. Thanks Sam and his fabulous team.

Sam Rossello... A Champion of Champions in Real Estate!! I recently sold a property at Wheelers Hill, Auctioned by Barry Plant through Director/Auctioneer Mr. Sam Rossello. I had seen Sam Rossello's Auctioneering performance/feat before and I certainly liked what I saw in him as an Auctioneer. So I insisted on Sam selling my property when I put it in the market with Barry Plant. Sam Rossello is very gifted and talented in his field, who knows local real estate business perhaps like -- the back of his hands, so to speak! He is Honest, Sincere, Hard Working, very approachable, easy-going Gentleman with a high degree of ethical integrity. We as Vendors had our expectations (after spending a lot on renovations etc.) and Sam made it happen on the auction day! Sam Rossello's opening/auction Speech followed by his selling lines are like "Melodious Music" to the Ears of both, the vendors and the potential buyers alike! He's very approachable and open to any suggestions for the Best outcome of the sale. With his Dynamic Gusto when Sam approaches an Auction he doesn't go there just to Sell the property for you, but instead -- to Sell it for the best possible Price! I hope Sam will excuse me for saying that, when Sam gets going -- he's like a fully revved up V8 Super Car who will stop at nothing until he gets the "BEST PRICE!" At Auctions Sam is Not a Champion but -- a Champion of Champions! Mr. Sam Rossello met our expectations and delivered the Sale outcome that we were hoping for. He was so impressive at our property auction, that following the sale of our property, he sold yet another property of a neighbour for a Top price, in less then a month (making it a Record for Barry Plant in that neighbourhood). Sam's Charisma, Auctioneering Tactics and hard working ethics, all culminate in transforming him in to an Amazing Auctioneer, who delivers your expectations! I can go on... and on, but it's much better to see him in "Action at an Auction!" In this rather slowing-down (somewhat volatile) real estate market I think we need more people with Sam Rossello's Caliber to obtain the desired results. In the future, if I or any of my friends/acquaintances put their properties in the market -- I know for sure who's going to sell it for us! As such, I highly Recommend Director/Auctioneer Sam Rossello (Barry Plant Real Estate) as the Number 1 Choice without any doubt.
