I had done some research around the market for an agency to manage my property and had found that JRW had the most competitive rates. We have both sold and leased out properties by JRW Property and are very satisfied with their results and the services they had provided us. 

Mario Filipovich had sold our latest property and we have been very satisfied with the level of communication and service he provided. We were very impressed with the support we received from the whole company on the day of the Auction.

The property managing team at JRW managed two of our properties and we had been very happy with the level of their service. We always receive prompt responses and quick resolutions to any issues raised tenants. We felt that we could always count on our property manager to provide honest feedback to us so that we could make an educated decision on how to further our investments and make the best decisions for our property.

Recently I have sold my property by JRW. I only want to say " Big thank you" for Mr Leo &  your sales team. You guys did very good job .Not only the results and also gives us the high quality service.Especially I see friendliness profession and sincerity from Joyce Liu.Thank you Joyce.

I have worked with Joyce Liu and Julian Qin, they recently sold my property in two weeks with a good price and experience. I am impressed with their level of professionalism and knowledge of the market. They really do care about their vendors and are a highly trusted agency in the area.

JRW sold my property recently and I found that they offered  good service, from advertising, marketing and finally getting the deal sealed. Joyce is a very good communicator, especially with the tenants who live in the property during the open inspections.

I chosen JRW as the agent to sell my property, since it has a wide range of clients not only from local market, but also overseas. 

Its sale agents kept persistent trying to  get deal done.
