Jesica Chea at 1st National Waverley City (Glen Waverley Branch) did an excellent job of selling our property at 6 Basil Crescent, Wheelers Hill and gained the amount determined by our external valuer, plus a little.  She was excellent to work with and most cooperative.  We were very pleased with her process and the overall outcome and her patience with our requirements to obtain approvals for sale etc.

I am delighted to review and rate the sale of my property by Ms Jessica Chea of First National @ Waverley City.  I first met Jessica about 4 years ago when she sold several of my neighbour's properties, in those and my own sale I found her and staff at First National to be highly efficient,  very competent and obliging.  Upon her advice I choose to sell by private sale as opposed to auction.  She had several families interested in the property, assisted me in an asking price and found a buyer in just over two weeks.  In taking her advice I saved on auction and marketing fees and am thoroughly satisfied.  I have no hesitation in recommending this company and in particular Jessica to other home sellers.

My elderly mum decided that it was time to sell the family home in Glen Waverley and thankfully neighbours had recommended Jessica Chea from First National.  We met with a number of agents however at the end of the day mum chose First National due to the professionalism shown by Jessica and her listening to mums needs. Jessica clearly explained the First National approach which suited mums requirements and within 10 days of listing Jessica had sold mums house and had exceeded her expectations. We have no hesitation in recommending Jessica and the team from First National.

We first heard about First National from friends who had sold their property with Michelle.  There were a number of agents who were seeking to list our property,but we did not wish to go to auction, and found some of the agents seemed to be only interested in obtaining the listing.  Michelle seemed to be genuinely interested in our reason for selling, and with her warm personality, persuaded us that the First National selling method would suit us.  Her selling method is to bring through only one buyer at a time and give them individual attention and time to thoroughly view the property.  Michelle sold our property in just over two weeks, and for a price which was very satisfactory.  Thank you Michelle!

I was recommended by my friend to appoint National First Waverley City selling the unit at Blackburn. My selling experience with their professional real estate agent, Michelle Huang, is stress free and very pleasant. Michelle Huang explained the selling concept and the selling process to me at the first meeting. I was impressed with their philosophy of getting the best selling price for the vendor with their unique private sale method. Also, their $0 charge marketing campaign really helps to budget the expense on the sale without any shocking surprise. 
Michelle has kept me informed every step along the process of the sale, from arranging open for inspection to giving me feedback from potential buyers. 
I am super satisfied that the unit was sold at a more than expected price within three weeks of listing. I have to give all credit to Michelle Huang and her team. They have done a sensational job. Their professionalism and knowledge of the local market are highly commended. 
I will not hesitate to recommended Michelle Huang and her First National Waverley City team to all my friends and family if they want a peace of mind selling experience.
