Operated by Joe Tumino who now operates his own real estate name - he was not responsive when we switched rental agents away from him, took days to respond on email and avoids calls as he was 'too busy'.  Took almost a month for all the paper work to be sent to the new agent - keys went 'missing' in mail as he avoided having the new agent pick up the keys in person.    There is no office anymore on Blackburn Rd, the Professionals Real Estate tried to wind up Joe via ASIC.  Seems like he operates from home now, some letter heads still have his old office which is misleading.  Avoid at all costs, has been a frustrating process - don't waste your time.

WORST EXPERIENCE OF OUR LIVES!  My eldest daughter recently vacated a property after a 12 month lease – leaving the home immaculate of course.  Expecting her bond to be returned immediately, the state law was clear – 14 days unless there were repairs or clear reasons to delay the ability to return the money. The fourteen days passed, no bond, no reasons or communication. Finally after a further 18 days, then only after her furious husband became involved with threats to report the agent Joe Tumino to the Office of Fair Trading was the money received back in full.  No apology, no reason just an inefficient service that was not compliant.

Joe tumino here plays multiple roles here; receptionist, real estate agent, franchise owber etc! Thoroughly unprofessional and the worst clown you'll ever come accross in a life time

Director -Joe Tumin- is rude and arrogant and unnecessarily accusatory without empirical evidence. Out of no where charging money end of lease.

If you’re looking for an agent to make life difficult for you, Joe is your guy.

The prices they want in this real estate agency are absolutely ridiculous. Way too high prices
