I've had a mixed bag of experiences with LLC. It was wonderful in the beginning. The following couple of months, however, were terrible because nothing was addressed and everything was postponed, including restoring fundamental utilities. Vincent then arrived as the rescuer! He has done a fantastic job of managing the properties! In no time, he addressed issues, communicated effectively, and had everything rectified. Vincent was able to fix the issues that took months in just two days! He is wonderful and extremely knowledgeable. He'd be a great choice for a property manager, I'm sure.
