Christopher is a compelling and powerful negotiator but still remains polite and fair. We paid a little more than expected although felt that Christopher was really accommodating and understanding throughout the purchase process. He went out of the way to assist with special requests and answered all of my questions. Also conducted himself in a professional and respectful manner.

Ernest Lee my real estate agent and Mario Munafo's service from Barry Plant Mt Waverley is second to none. I can still remember that was a Sunday and it's the only time our whole family can be together to inspect the property we want to purchase. That helped us a lot and we purchased the property at the end. After the auction, the communication through previous owner by Ernest and Mario also great, they kept us inform all the time.
