If I could give ZERO stars I would.. William is near on useless, this whole office is pathetically inept and have absolutely no idea how to handle management of buildings, landlord/owners, tenants or Agents. I have become so enraged and disappointed in this disgraceful business that I am selling my units in the building that these fools manage.
