I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Network Pacific. Not only was their service subpar, but their attitude towards me was also appalling. It's disheartening when a company fails to meet basic standards of professionalism and customer care. I sincerely hope that Network Pacific takes this feedback seriously and makes significant improvements in their operations. Otherwise, you risk losing valuable customers like myself who expect better treatment and service quality.
Please note when considering this company, there was a recent data breach with personal information of clients stolen that hasn't been acknowledged by the company. Be careful about businesses that you choose to include personal information and whether their actually securely keeping that data. My complex have recently been taken over by Network Pacifc Strata Management Initially they sent out a welcome pack which included feedback from owners I sent them an extensive e-mail outlining important issues that need addressing and disappointing had little or no feedback since Our complex had an emergency over the weekend and from what I was told by a Committee member NP was unable to be contacted via their after hours contact details hence in desperation for the issue to be rectified I personally had to make several calls directly to an external contractor in order for the problem to be resolved Tried calling NP Manager recently to follow up and discuss the above mentioned and other issues disappointingly still waiting for a response or call back I own several other investment priorities in Melbourne and can honestly say NP communication is astonishing poor in comparison to other Owners Corps I deal with As mentioned my complex is relatively new under NP strata management and with very short dealings I have had with them thus far can definitely say they appear to not be working in the best interests of the Owners Suggest anyone who is considering switching to NP would definitely not recommend their services
Terrible strata management. They tried to charge late fees and interest when they sent our bills to the wrong address. Took weeks to sort out- they were belligerent on their mistake. Then late fees appeared again on the next bill. I couldn’t get a correct tax invoice from them. A number of charges looked excessive. I complained and ‘somehow’ wasn’t invited to the next AGM. They’re a scam operation. They won’t work for the owners interests.
Extremely rude, they don't have a filter in their mouth and don't know how to talk very disappointed. how they appointed to manager post if they don't know how to handle work. The manager argued and said what I do, what I do. Chasing them for weeks. paying them so much for a bad attitude. if they can't handle the things then leave the job.
Unsatisfactory experience with the this management team. Regular charges lack detailed breakdowns, and email communication has been ineffective in resolving issues. Transparency and customer service need improvement.
Stay away guys… poor service and high charges.. No offical bank transition statement records have been provided. Just keep asking for extra money every year.. two notices of difference levels and amount of charges often appear.. very dishonest and arbitrary charges this company…

Overall, I cannot speak highly enough of Marcus's dedication and expertise in managing our building. Rubbish Company with no responsibility at all and It is easy to start with but cost too much to get rid of it. They are professional at working against the interests of owners.
As a member of a body corporate that has employed the services of this company for the last 7 years I can say without reserve that this company should have its doors shuttered by the Australian Consumer watchdog. The owners corp of my building just voted to terminate their contract as they had not responded to any correspondence from owners corp in months despite the many pending items for attention and the incomplete services for which they were already remunerated. For any apartment owners interviewing prospective Body Corporates, steer clear! They will take management fees and provide zero or incompetent service. Myself and all the other owners were quite patient with the company hence the 7 years of retention but eventually we all began to realise we were just being fleeced. I will probably file an ACCC complaint after writing this review. Shame on you Network Pacific.
