DO NOT do business with Network Pacific. As landlords for a serviced apartment which forms part of an Owners Corporation they manage, we struck nothing but poor communication, inaccurate invoicing and delayed responses from them. Then, foolishly, we engaged them to sell our apartment in Feb 2018, and their agent provided us with shonky legal advice that cost us $3K+ which of course they have denied all responsibility - we are now seeking recourse through VCAT. I would rate their business zero stars if this was possible. Extremely unhappy.

Dodgy company that took over our body corporate. The fees just went up and up. Now I see why. They organise all this work to be done, that doesn't really need it! Now!!! I see they own all the companies that handle the work!! So of course they are getting it done, and making us pay. And THEY are the ones saying CONFLICT OF INTEREST to get rid of owner occupiers having any say in the way their building is run? Such hypocrisy.
I have even heard that they send our money through some weird place, like Cyprus. What is that about? I mean, Cyprus?!? Tax dodging? Or what?
Their responses to the one star reviews are so lame. You searched a database? What database? I want to see the data base that shows the five star reviews are people that PAY Network Pacific for a service, not ones who GET paid by Network Pacific.

worst organisation, absolutely hopeless.  never answer there phone calls or emails. have tried to contact Adam dang for 2 weeks with no response. good job

I agree the comments before, these guys are dodgy and work for their own profits and buisness  interests. Never interfere  for genuine reasons instead they make decisions in favour of people of their own interests.  Never recommend network Pacific being anyone's owners corporation manager, especially the one in Burwood highway.

Have always been excellent to deal with and very helpful with managing our investment properties. I would highly recommend Network Pacific.
