Body Corporate Victoria Pty Ltd are irresponsible, robs you of your money and does absolutely nothing! I had issues with my neighbours in relation to vehicles parked in the driveway and garden maintenance in the common area. Hock Lee and David Yip of Body Corporate Victoria does not pick up their calls and out of 10 follow up emails they might respond to one if you are lucky - their response will be there is nothing they can do. Absolutely shameful in how useless they are. I would say, do yourself a favour and go with another owners corporation. You will live longer and prosper. I did not have the luxury of choice as the previous owner already went with this disgusting mob
