Really not happy, we've not had access to our oven for almost a week now, we've emailed, we've called and we're still waiting for something to finally get back to us and have this fixed amongst other things that need attention, what irks me is that we really take care of this house but it's hard to do anything that is brought to attention of the agent and they don't do their paid dues. I'll have to call the owner it seems and let him know what's going on. Shame really.

I have been a tenant for 11 months, at the end of their 12 months they are raising the rent with the excuse it's a market value increase, but there are places close by that are same price but 2 bedroom. Informing them of this they just reply with, then move out and quote a bunch of t&c at you, very difficult to deal with. Worst thing is we have maintenance requests outstanding from when we moved in. Very bad communication, they never reply to say they have received your email unless you ring them immediately afterwards, defeats the purpose of an email. Avoid going with them, I regret it and plan to move soon.

Metro Property Management are without a doubt, the single most incompetent real estate I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Me and my ex partner rented a lovely property from them 2 years ago, and we got a little behind in rent, but managed to keep as close to being up to date as possible whilst we were experiencing our financial issues. We managed to catch up, and were great tenants. Emails to our property manager (Jules) would constantly go unanswered, and requests for maintenance would go unanswered. At the end of our tenancy, I had experienced some serious health problems that needed to be attended to asap (otherwise would require hospitalization), and made an agreement with our property manager that our rent would be paid one week late. We were evicted on this basis, and although I had negotiated 2 weeks to find a new place to live, we were evicted a whole week earlier when our property manager broke this agreement, meaning that we did not have enough time to get the unit cleaned, or anything. They even had the audacity to charge us the cost for changing the locks, and re-coding the remotes, even though all were left in the unit, and communicated to the property manager prior to vacating. It is only a matter of time before Metro Property Management is caught out. Look up their shoddy reviews for their old business name - Domain Charter Group. Consistently terrible. In a nutshell, do everything in your power to avoid these bastards. They will ruin you and take you for everything. They are not even worthy of the one star I am forced to give them as my lowest possible rating.
