Professional, courteous and honest are a few words I would use to describe my deals with Pyramid Property Management. As a tenant it has been terrific dealing with a team of Property Managers who treat all parties as equal and are so knowledgeable. My time spent renting through you guys has been fabulous. Thank You and keep up the great work.

A business ran by two Asians. Being their own boss there is no one keeping a leash on them. Customer service and communication is very unprofessional. Any issues in the property were not properly investigated or looked at all but blamed on tenants, and threaten tenants to fix at their own costs or else. 

It is now a nightmare of my life.
