I simply cannot stand the recent comments by Simon Bojko and Andrei U. Typical cyber bully, comments full of discrimination for different culture background, and only phone call then going to pursue the target to leave the industry. I've been dealt with Janet before, it's not as bad as what they said, and by looking at their comments history, full of haters behaviour, no positive recommendation at all but cyber bully, type whatever aggressive words as they want. The world getting worse and many people get depression and died because of these people!

Janet Ch'ng is the worst possible person to deal with. Every time she says she is too busy to do anything. This time I complained about flooding in my storage cage, resulting in my things being destroyed by mould. She didn't respond. When I rang, she said she was too busy, contact my property manager and told me I'm only a tenant and to put myself in my place. Rude, arrogant, unprofessional and with the people skills of a brick. It's funny how after I have rated this organisation, suddenly all these people start rating it 5 stars. Strange isn't it? 😂😂 I will pursue this awful person until she never works in this industry again.

Janet Ch’ng of MOCS has a complex brief to handle, having to respond to flaws in our building while dealing with the multifaceted needs and demands of a diverse resident demographic. In all our dealings with her, we have found her courteous, obliging and ready to assist. Whenever the solution to a problem has been outside her brief, she has directed us to a possible provider of a solution. I am glad that she is on our side.

My experience with MOCS has been fantastic! When comparing with other OC managers, MOCS are very responsive to issues, have great project managers and a really professional network of contractors and maintenance people. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quality team of managers!
