I booked an inspection today, 07 May 2018, for the 107/36 Porter Street, Prahran property. I got an email and SMS confirmation for the said viewing. I left office earlier than usual so that I won't be late. I arrived at the property more than 1 hour early. At 5:30pm, time for viewing, I noticed that was no one there. I called the hotline. The person who picked up the phone said she had to contact the agent. It took a while before I got a call back. I was standing there outside the apartment, wasting my time. I finally got a call. The agent told me she did not get any confirmation of my booking and there was probably a mix up or some IT issues. Again, I received an email and sms confirmation of the booking. The sms confirmation even asked me to reply YES if my viewing was confirmed, which I did almost instantly. I don't know what really happened from the company's side of things whether it was an IT issue or negligence. All I know is that this is totally unacceptable, especially for people like me who live far; Lyndhurst. I wasted so much time for nothing. I could've scheduled a different viewing with another property. It is what it is. Next time, please value your customers.
