We are new tenant in a commercial building Louise is managing. We are trying to get our phone line and internet connected. 
Louise hung up on our calls a few times when we tried to assist the technician to gain access to the MDF room. 
She is unprofessional, unhelpful, unresponsive and rude. Due to her incompetence, we had to reschedule the connection of our phone line, our internet connection was delayed for over a week and it affected our work flow and productivity. 
We followed the rules and tried to coordinate. But it seems her way to 'resolve'anything is to 1. ignore our phone calls and emails and 2. hang up on us

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Olga Field and her team for several years and have always found ACE body Corporate Port Melb & Sth Melb to be efficient, hard working, friendly and practical.  Love your work!

Helen @ Ace in West Melbourne is extremely unhelpful. We have had no TV signal for over 2 weeks (70 apartments ) and also one of the garage doors is now out of action with not a peep from her. I was advised by neighbours that the security cameras in the building are fake, as varified by Helen even after their was a spate of robberies from the vehicles in the garage. This woman does precisely 0 for her money and I think this is appalling -not even worth one star.

Absolutely useless. Beware you interrupt their time off to solve major issues which we pay thousands of dollars for.

Over many years, I have consistently found Ace Body Corporate (Kingston Commercial) to be efficient and professional. The customer service and support from the staff is excellent.
