The people at MICM are the worst property managers ii have had the displeasure is dealing with. They couldn't care less about tenants or maintenance problems or enquiries that anyone may have. They are indifferent, cold and money oriented only, can never get hold of staff when needed they are never on hand to discuss rentals, property sales or any issues that you might have. Highly recommend any other agent but this callous lot.
My agent Georgia has done an amazing job over the past year in helping me with my first solo occupancy experience. She responded to any and all issues that arose and was always a pleasure to speak with. Would highly recommend MICM when looking for a real estate agency to do business with.
Jen impressed us since our first contact with her. We've sent enquiries to multiple real estate agents, she was the first to respond and on our initial in person meeting, she and Rod came prepared with potential buyers and their expertise in market conditions. Very responsive and there were constant updates throughout the whole process. We were not rushed to make decisions and they are willing to work hard to get us good results. It's been a pleasure dealing with her.
I recently placed my apartment with MICM Real Estate Agency for rental, and wish to acknowledge the excellent service I received from Natalie Volkova, Business Development Manager at MICM. Natalie was very helpful, efficient and professional. She took the time to clearly understand my requirements and was able to arrange suitable tenants for inspections from the agency database very quickly. All arrangements were made and my apartment was rented out quickly and without any advertising expense. I would highly recommend Natalie.
I have been looking at apartments now for a couple of days and out of most of the Rental property managers I would recommend Ambrose. He was very professional, friendly and welcoming. Great knowledge of the area. A credit to your company. Well done and thank you for a pleasant experience.
My property has been taking care by Ken Suwatdi and his team for about 2 years now. Ken has always been very responsive, super helpful to me. He has been regularly inspecting my property and dealing with all the requests from the client promptly. Jen was extemely easy to deal with and we particularly like that she kept us well informed throughout the process of selling our unit. She developed a very strategic marketing plan that clearly focused on the target market and ultimately, this worked well to secure a buyer. Despite the current market being both complex and dynamic, Jen remained positive throughout the process. We highly recommend Jen as a competent and professional sales consultant.
Natalie apprehends the customer need. She acts and provides feedbacks quick and on time. She puts great efforts in ensuring my property is let in the quickest time. Generally, I'm over satisfied with the customer service provided by her. I look forward to the property management service provided by Sara in ensuring the property is well maintained by tenants
Worst real estate is ever. Recently i did lease transfer my rent and one of staff who is looking after is Celine Joseph didn’t work properly. I gave them notice one and half month before leaving but even i gave them notice and paid 291 for lease transfer They still took full rent fee and another additional month fee as well even i already moved out. So i sent email and message to her but she kept ignore that and when i call her she check it and that was her mistake but still i haven’t got refund and she keep ignoring. I’m cancer patient who effect easily from stress and she knew about it but nothing changed and i still have big suffers from this issue. I’ll bring this issue to court and i let them pay for all of my suffer.
We were first time landlords and lucked out when we found Ken. I was nervous about the whole process and remember Ken saying at our first meeting, that a property manager is there to make your life easier and that is exactly what he does. We had to find new tenants early this year and were going to be on our honeymoon for 3 weeks, which would have been worrisome. But we trusted Ken implicitly to make all the decisions on our behalf and when we got home, we had new tenants! And they've just renewed their lease this year! You won't get a better property manager than Ken. Thank you Ken for all your amazing work!! Chris & Sally
