I rented with Capital for several years and not once had a bad experience. Whether I needed assistance with my property or just had a general query, someone was always available to help. They made every process smooth and simple, and made me feel valued and appreciated, and not just a client. Hands down the best real estate agency I’ve been with.

Massive thank you to the team at Capital! They made my first experience of signing a lease super simple and quick. I was overseas so had limited reception yet they managed to respond to emails promptly and explain the process to me clearly. So helpful and friendly, would definitely recommend!!

I have been living in an apartment managed by Capital Property Marketing for almost 3 years now. Throughout this time, these real estate agents have been incredibly helpful. They have always been willing to assist with any issue and provide a speedy and accommodating resolution in all cases. Professional and friendly Staff. I definitely recommend them. Great work!!!!

I’ve been renting with Capital Property for two years and I have to say they definitely do they job. I had inspections twice per year and they really looked after the place. If you wanna rent with them, ask for Melissa! She is the sweetest person even and she’ll really look after you. Thank you Melissa! :)

This is the worst leasing agent I have ever dealt with. They are unprofessional, dishonest. They never return calls or emails.  They are very invested in their own interests and will use dishonest and bullying tactics to drive those outcomes. Please avoid at all costs, the only positive reviews are from people still living in the appartments.
