I would give 0 star to this agent if I could. It is the worst experience I have ever had within in this decade. Check the recent review history, you will find out there must be some reason for that many bad reviews. The unit we rent was not very clean before I moved into. But there is no much choice at that time. Then my nightmare came after I took it. The property costed us a lot of time to clean and maintain. When we left, its condition was even better than before. But this agent still try every way to deduct our bond. Please care to deal with this agent.

Ubertas is the worst, most incompetent and most horrendous property management company I've ever seen. They always found new ways to disappoint you - to amazingly low levels of service. No communication. Have to chase up a thousand times for everything. If you're lucky enough to get a hold of them: it's someone who has no idea what's going on, is confused, and does not give a damn. Very quick to charge and send you rent increase notices (even if you've moved out!) but never respond to maintenance issues or refund your money. I cannot overstate how terrible the service is. No one in their right mind would choose to rent properties managed by these guys. Our apartment was passed to Ubertas by a different property management company (without our knowledge) and that was how we were stuck with them. A shame because the landlord themselves were nice people.

Very laid back service. They gave us the confirmation that the property is available and we could move in by coming monday that was 4 days after final house inspection. After we finalised to move out from our current house, they suddenly emailed us saying the property is no longer available. There were no calls made from their side for the inconvenience they caused us. Horrible service.

Very poor customer service. Schedules property inspection and does a no show. Don't be surprised if your property doesn't get lease renewals.

What a absolute nightmare of property management! Not only do they "not have an emergency number for tenants" They also don't reimburse tenants for emergency repairs due to their negligence of not having an emergency number. I left a review a few weeks back & they were quick to call me & ask me to remove my review. Once I removed my review they just left me in the dark I had to constantly email them to get a response. Never in my life have I had a real estate without an emergency number this is just appalling! It also says on their website under the renting a home guide for tenants the following: Your landlord or agent must give you: • their full name, address and telephone number, and (in the case of agents) fax number • an emergency telephone number that is accessible any time. Your landlord or agent can be fined if: • they do not provide these details on or before the first day of your tenancy agreement • they do not advise you of any changes to their contact details within seven days.
