I switched property managers to Property Management Melbourne a number of years back after being unhappy with the real estate managing it at that time and because my sister highly recommended them – Meagan Rossiter in particular.  I have not had to worry about my property since. Meagan works thoroughly and diligently, managing the property in a fair and just capacity for both tenant and owner. I’m always kept up to date with any property matters and Meagan is always responsive to any requests - managing it end to end. I would recommend her to anyone looking to rent or rent out a property, top of her field without a doubt.

It is my best luck to have chosen Property Management Melbourne as my agent to take care of my property.  Over the years, i have no hassle neither burdened in having to worry about the rent collection or inspection issue.  Meagan has been updating me information diligently and professionally.  She is an excellent mediator for both the Tenants and  Owner, understanding and fixing the needs of both side. Property Management Melbourne have been the real estate office I've been renting through for the past two years and they have been nothing but wonderful. I have had experiences with many different rental offices, and they are BY FAR the most helpful and kind I've ever experienced. I've recently had to break lease early and they haven't made it difficult for me at all. They've constantly kept me in the loop as to how it was going, and made the process as easy as possible. It's been a breath of fresh air! I would HIGHLY recommend working with them to anyone!

For the past 5 years I've been renting my apartment in Melbourne out for over winter whilst I disappear to the ski fields to work for 4 months.  For the past 2 seasons I have left it in the extremely capable hands of Property Management Melbourne.  The previous property manager was an epic let down.  I had returned to my apartment which had supposedly 'been inspected' and it was filthy and my clothes dryer was broken because the filter had lint over an inch thick in it.  After that I sought out a new property manager and couldn't have been more delighted finding PMM.  The first year I had Chelsea looking after it and she was sensational.. an absolutely lovely person to deal with, meticulous with her  inspection and when things did go awry (there's always something when you rent out a property) I had complete faith that Chelsea would sort it out.  She then handed over to Allan.  I was a little worried that Chelsea had been a one-off and I was going to be let down again.  Having just returned home again last night, I could not have been more happy with everything.  Allan has been equally fantastic to deal with and has done an excellent job looking after my home.  I can only assume that both Chelsea and Allan are product of a great company culture.  Couldn't recommend them to manage your property more!

Meagan and the team have managed my property for almost 15 years and provided a wonderful service. I never have to worry about anything, I am kept completely up to date, and both myself and my tenants are well looked after and respected which helps maintain long term tenants for my property. I am often overseas and I appreciate that I can trust that my property is well managed.  Whenever I have queries about purchasing properties in Melbourne Toby also always responds promptly. I have other properties around Australia and much to my frustration cannot find anyone half as good to manage these.  I would absolutely recommend Meagan and the team as property managers - thank you.
