Kay & Burton South Yarra

We rented an apartment under Kay and Burton for 8 years. Our move out experience with Alana was fantastic. She was easy to contact and prompt at getting back our bond and made everything smooth since we were moving overseas. While we were there they were always good at arranging repairs for any issues and had little change in rent over the period.

Nothing but praise for my experience with Kay & Burton. Have been working with my property manager for years and am exceptionally happy with the service I've (always) received. Would recommend to anyone who is considering leasing their apartment through them. Thank you.

I agree with all the tenant's comment on here. They must be the one rating themselves. With the treatment I have been received by the rental team they wouldn't even get one start. They lied and tell you want to want to hear to shut you up and never actually action what they promise. I let their services people in my property to assist with a flooding issues they had upstairs. To my dismay I came home that night with their services people using my Sheridan towels to mob up the disgusting water bath water that come down from upstairs. When I put in a complaints and request that these towels to be replaced as they were damaged I was told that they would by an agent name Paul. I get an email from Tyler the next day that it wouldn't be replace. Then I get a call the follilwing day from Darren say that he would sort it out and surprise surprise I get a another from Carolyn. After all that nothing has been done to replace my damaged towels. I means if it takes 4 agents to sort out or not to such small issue. I wonder how many it would take to solve the big issue. If you can't keep your words then don't keep promising. I am quoting one agent's words cleaned " The towels were apparently used to mop up water, which is what there ordinary use". Either they are getting pay to much for doing nothing as ordinary people like me we do not buy Sheridan towels to mob up dirty from other people's bath. Another quote from the same agent " Honestly, our plumber Ben, is one of the most courteous and respectful tradespeople " and that is why he use my property without promise and I have to cover the cost. For you information I am also a very courteous person and courteous people do not take other people's property without promission and hang the dirty towels back and hoping that I haven't notice. Please treat the people that paid their rent on time so you can get your pay some courteous and treat them fairly.

Hello just to let you know , we purchased a property from Kay & Burton South Yarra ,we then handed it over to the South Yarra Property team to manage. The service to myself as the landlord and the tenant was first class.

Everyone has a different experience with real estate agents. I am very lucky to have had Darren assist all the way through the rental process at Kay & Burton and would not go anywhere else as my experience has been quite positive. Past few years, Darren has offered nothing short of exceptional service and assisted me when needed. Thank you!
