I have Rented off Luxe for over 2 years and have had a fantastic experience with them. I would go so much to say my best experience in all the years renting. Jamie Di Giorgio was my property manager and I have to say she was fabulous right from my inspection until I moved out 2+ years later. she was extremely helpful and always available if required to take calls and a thorough professional. Luxe Property is like no other Real Estate you will ever deal with. Sabina and Jamie who I worked with as a tenant are incredibly prompt, professional, and kind. The whole process of applying and securing a property with Luxe was beyond timely and their customer service is excellent. Sabina also replies to all communications and completes everything so quickly, I don't know how she finds the time! I highly recommend using their services for any of your property needs, you will be highly impressed!

Scheduled inspection got a last minute cancellation simply because I didn’t have the time to check my email for one and half hours, which requested me to call back. My friend lives far away and was already on Uber when I just saw the email and told her it’s canceled, which is awfully inconvenient for her. WHY don’t you amend your own online system, it’s ridiculous that phone number is optional in your registration form while it’s actually ‘so important’ to you. The inspection has been booked for two whole business days, the agents work for their own conveniences not care to email me even a half day earlier. Have just leased and sold of several properties via other agents, I would honestly say Luxe is the most confusing real estate company I have dealt with recently!

Probably the best property manager I ever leased from, which isn't always hard in comparison to some other agents, but Sabina and the team at Luxe set a standard well above other agencies. Responsive, fair and helpful.
