Most ignorant and belligerence Person SUSAN BUTLER ever encountered. Butler and Co do not give a rates about people and there ability to enjoy quite living and WILL NOT answer calls or respond to requests. I have to take VCAT action to get something done. WORST COMPANY EVER . DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM

Rude & pretentious! I wouldn't ever go out of my way to tell my friends about renting through this appalling agency. This industry requires effective communicate & follow up & unfortunately you won't find that here. What a shame.
