We have had a very good experience with Living Here. Shelbie has been fantastic. Our place is now rented out and we are very happy with the service. Highly recommended this boutique agency.

We are new customers of the team at Living Here South Yarra and we couldn't be happier with their service. There really is no comparison having moved from an agency that made no effort to look after our investment property - e.g. sent us re-used old routine inspection shots multiple times, didn't pay our bills on time, overpaid council and water rates multiple times and didn't pick up on it.

The team at Living Here really took on a difficult job including dealing with difficult 3-way shared vacating tenants, 3-days worth of professional cleaning and countless other issues to resolve and chase up after our old tenants left the property in a complete shambles.

In particular our agent, Patrick, has always made himself available and it really feels like he takes the time to look after our interests as though it were his own property.

I can't recommend this agency enough. For anyone out there looking for a team that actually delivers a service for your fees this is your office.

Friendly service and great communication. They achieved a great price rental price for my property and managed to lease it at first inspection. Highly recommend Shelbie for her services!

As a landlord, the team at Living Here South Yarra have been absolutely amazing and make life very easy. With friendly service, regular communications and property managers you can trust to have your best interests at heart, my experience has been an overwhelmingly positive one.

I'm just loving the way they (living here) give us information about everything we need and one can see the difference in the houses/ flats they show compared to the other real estates. I'm giving this review after 4 weeks and I'm extremely happy with my new house. And I mention it's not pretty much expensive.  For sure I prefer living here in my future as well...!!! Thanks
