Williams Batters

My dealings with Williams Batters and their property agent Sonia Balani was excellent from start to finish. They took over my property from another agency midway through my lease but ensured that the transfer didn't effect me at all and there were no problems Sonia was standout throughout and was almost always available to speak to, both by phone and via email whenever there any queries or issues whilst I lived at the property! Of particular note, when I overpaid at the end of my tenure she almost immediately got in contact to explain that I had done so and efficiently ensured I got paid what I was owed in very good time. When vacating the property, Sonia and the rest of her team were again a pleasure to deal with. Inspections weren't a hassle and what was required from my side was very apparent. I received my bond back in full as her guidelines were extremely clear and concise. All in all, an excellent agent from an excellent agency. Would highly recommend!

I have dealt with William Batters for approximately three years. My experience has been outstanding with them - They looked at my application very closely and offered me the apartment. Always been very responsive on the requests and queries. Maintenance were address as quick as they could. Its been pleasure dealing with the property manager Nikki, she is lovely, responsive and very understanding. She is awesome. Cheers to WM

Thorough with documentation and very easy to communicate. Extremely helpful. I had paid William Batters accidentally after our lease had expired. They refunded it the next day and bond refunded the next day we emailed the bond claim form. Highly efficient.

I moved in to a new apartment in South Yarra a couple of months ago. Very soon I had to move out for personal reasons. The property manager, Damian Chenoweth, has been with me since the beginning. He is very helpful and kind and responds to my emails fast, explaining everything that needs to be done. He even gave me his copy of the key when I lost mine, to use while I waited for mine to be cut.

Sonia and the team at Williams Batters South Yarra have been fantastic. We moved over from Adelaide earlier in 2017, and they were great in helping us find the apartment we currently live in. All of our queries and requests have been met in a timely and friendly manner. I would definitely recommend Williams Batters for their property management services.
