Dreadful customer service & bad management! I've tried countless times to try and get a reply to an issue we have with a large row of leylandi trees that were planted by Grange Management's builders when the flats were first built back in the 90's. These trees are around 6-8 metres tall x 6-8 metres wide and are now encroaching our homes, damaging our fences and generally causing damage everywhere. This is illegal! I had one reply3 months ago and since then absolutely nothing and when I contact them, I get nothing back. I'm now about to go into the process of talking to our Solicitors to get these trees trimmed down to half their size! If they had been maintained correctly, we wouldn't have this issue.. To not even get an answer to my 2 emails is just plain rude. Update 20/4/23: someone eventually got back to me & asked me for more pictures yet again, then said they'd do the work but had to write to each house and check for birds nests..None of this was done and some contractors turned up last week with no notice whatsoever and did half the work..I then received an email back tracking saying they aren't going to do our sides now because it's already cost them £5k and they didn't see why the tennants should have to pay!! .Rubbish!! They didnt even do a whole days work due to the weather and a car being in the way..Totally imcompentant company..Don't use!
Incompetent people- our lift has been out for over three weeks and the refuse to call us back and give us an update of when it will be fix. It is the only lift in the building of 6 floors. They have been informed of the many people who are unable to go down the stairs and still no resolution. Disgusting.
Be careful, Grange Management allow the smoking of strong cannabis in their apartment properties despite it being reported and appeals for them to investigate. They don't seem interested in helping other tenants/owners that don't smoke it but have to live in a reeking cloud of the stuff. I won't contact them again, it's a waste of my time, so please don't ask in a reply thanks.
Working closely with Grange Management as a preferred building services contractor, we have found all area managers and scheme managers, hardworking, highly professional and work always with the residents best interests in mind. I would Recommend Grange Management to any potential client. Special mention to Rosemary Barnes and Ryan Charman in particular who have helped develop a great working Relationship with us, long may this continue.
Easy to deal with, professional, communicative ,courteous and importantly for us they efficiently handle work requests. As a contractor its a pleasure working with a professional management company who have a good understanding of how to work with us so that we are best equipped to resolve residents' service needs in an efficient and timely manner
The RTM at the Atrium in Godalming have used the services of Grange Management for several years. Overall they are extremely professional and the staff are always responsive and helpful in dealing with problems. I would recommend them to anyone requiring a management service.
We have worked as landscape contractor for Grange Management for 10 years. During that time we have always had the sense of working together in a long term partnership, with a joint objective of meeting the needs of the residents and caring for the grounds in the best possible way
I am an Allingham Court, Godalming, resident. Following the failure of our Intercom Service, which allows non-residents entry, on January 4th last, we had a meeting with a senior member of the Grange Management team. I am pleased to say that the situation has now been resolved to everybody's satisfaction, and I must emphasise that any shortcomings in the system have been dealt with in a professional manner. Swift and efficient service by all concerned.
The worst management that I ever seen ,they do not answer to any repair just asking service charge ,Poor cleaning ,they sub contract our service to KAS which has one technician and no further staff and lots of property ,our property left unsecured for 3 month now and no action had been taken
