DO NOT USE. Threaten VCAT when they don’t get their way. This business does not uphold the tenancy agreement rules. Property was filthy when I started my rental agreement. Had to sort out the cleaning myself, as well as the removal of unwanted furniture - was suppose to be unfurnished completely. Went without a working toilet in the ensuite for 6 MONTHS. No reason, no remorse, nothing. When trying to bring this up at the tenancy completion and request for compensation to be considered, the agents immediately threaten VCAT for a break in lease agreement and to forego bond. Disgusting behaviour by the agent. Would not recommend to anyone.
