Hayden Melbourne Real Estate have been fabulous since we gave them our property, they had everything  done so quickly and made it so simple. They emailed us the contract to sign and then  next day had a photographer out and the ad online and leased from the first open for inspection. We met the new tenant at the first, three month inspection of our old home and they are lovely and have it looking  better than we did! To say we are thrilled is an understatement and we hope they never leave.A big thank you again!

Big thank you to Josh Trevitt for helping me and my wife purchase our first home in South Yarra! Josh was highly professional and did a superb job liaising between us and the vendor. He was efficient and a great communicator and made sure we were well informed of any paper work or issues that arose. With Josh's help we bought this property through a private sale and this saved us a lot of time as we are both busy professionals.  More importantly, both we and the vendor were happy with the price of the property. It was an absolute pleasure to work with such an outstanding real estate agent and we would recommend Josh to anyone who wishes to sell or buy a house.

I would give 0 star if I can. Hayden South Yarra was my investment property leasing agent. My tenant moved out a month ago in January 2018, left behind items to be cleaned/ repairs!.. It's a month since then, my property is still left in limbo. Hayden keep saying their tradesmen are too busy to attend to my property issues. And neither of the Hayden's property manager Phoebe Johnson or Jonathan Hayden takes the initiative to provide any update of the clean up/ repair progress. I have to make multiple calls and emails to seek any update but they are always too busy to response or no response at all. If you do not wish to experience such pain, AVOID using Hayden! There are many better agents in the market.

I’m not a customer of Hayden realestate but I did witness one of their agents do something so simple and courteous that I wanted to share. A young male agent parked his car out the front of our neighbours house and saw that the bins were laying down on the ground out the front. So instead of ignoring them he picked them up and wheeled them inside for the owner. I know this is really small but how many times do you see someone take the time to do that. I was impressed enough to write this review. Sometimes it’s the little things people do that go along way. After making contact with the agent I found the name of that agent is new and his name is Richard Stacey in Ballarat. Five star effort mate.
