WORST Property Manager. The property manager is very rude not like the first time when they asked for money. Not only me but also my friend have to deal with their rudeness. Never gonna rent or buy a house with this Xynergy Realty anymore! I m going to stay away from this company in the future. I regret renting a room from them. Wouldnt recommend to anyone.

REALLY BAD AND IRRESPONSIBLE PROPERTY AGENT, this happen couple years ago and until now there is no solution given by xynergy.. we trust xynergy as an agent for build a new home for Our family..pay deposit $ 30K.. end up Nothing. the house not build.. even location of the land doesn't exist. they said the builders fault, we as a customer trust xynergy  to find qualified builder. until now xxynergy never attempt to return our deposit, and never atempt to consolidate solution with us .REALLY BAD..BAD..BAD.WHEN I EMAIL YOU PERSONALLY I HAVE NO SOLUTION .PLEASE RESPOND HERE IF YOU HAVE RESPONSIBILITY.

Pity reviews do not allow for negative star rating.
Would not recommend to my worst enemy.
Worst company, let alone Real Estate company, I have ever dealt with in my 64 years of life.
Staff struggle with English, incorrect documents are sent, incorrect dates are quoted in legally binding emails etc. etc.
Failed to obtain 10% deposit on sale of property but did not inform me until buyer pulled out.

Very considerate agent, you actually know you are dealing with human who care about the tenant. Very quick on responding to queries and problems reported. My old property manager Joanna and current one Alisha are both very friendly and helpful.

Very unprofessional and the worst customer service we've experienced! They organised an open inspection and didn't tell us until the night before when we were moving furniture out of the apartment. We had to follow them up several times about fixing our dishwasher and receiving our bond back.
