With more than 9 years in the Real Estate sector, accompanied by a Bachelor of Business Management and two Real Estate awards under his belt, Property Manager of the Year(2011) and LEASED Magazine’s Young Achiever of the Year (2012), Luke ensures that all facets of managing an investment property are given attention in equal measure, tailored to needs of new owners in their expectations, whilst utilising the transparency necessary to help better understand market viability and an honest forecast on their returns.

In accessory to his career in Business Development, Luke also attests his work ethic to time spent abroad, having previously lived in London and travelled extensively, he has acquired a diverse understanding of not only a local, but also a global market perspective to Real Estate.

We've used Beller Real Estate for our investment property for many years & trust they employ worthy agents. Recently we needed an apartment reno' plus new tenant & were very ably assisted by Kimberley Drew. We found her friendly, diligent, efficient & discerning. Ample viewing days were offered despite this apartment being the other side of the city from her office. Kimberley sent prompt email responses through the process & it was a pleasure to meet when checking on works. Most important of all...she took extreme care in the selection of a perfect tenant that gives us peace of mind. We have no hesitation in affirming her as an exceptional agent...thanks Kim & Beller :)

Kimberley does an outstanding job of taking care of both tenant and landlord. A seamless, no fuss process and great communication from application through to managing maintenance needs. Friendly professional service has made me very happy. Beller R.E. genuinely respect and value their tenants.

After spending 6 months rental house-hunting after having sold my home of 10 years, I learnt one thing... property agents are miserable individuals and not only do they dislike what they do, but they think we (renters) are stupid, when, after a while of learning and understanding the game myself, I realised it was quite the contrary. 
I'd had enough of feeling as though I was interrupting agents' precious time scrolling through Instagram during their open houses, reflecting on the lives that they would much rather be living and decided to upscale to a more prestigious area where I expected better service.

Beller Real Estate is the pure definition of what a professional and high-end property real estate agency should be. At the inspection of the home I eventually leased, I felt welcomed and was engaged in a professional manner with the right questions asked and the right topics discussed. The engagement was a professional transaction negotiation that should be a prerequisite in all rental transactions.

Since having rented with Beller, everything that has been promised, has come through within the advised timeframe. My privacy has never been breached. Not only have I been blessed with having a wonderful and courteous and kindhearted landlord, but any report that I make to Vicki (my Senior Property Manager), regarding something that MAY need attention, a response is received within minutes, even after business hours. Any tasks that need to be undertaken at the property have been completed or at least arranged for completion on that same day.

After having struggled so much looking for a home to live for 6 months and thinking I was going to be homeless after the settlement of my home, I don't know how I could have possibly gotten THE best outcome a tenant could wish for. I am so grateful.

I am also so very grateful for Vicki for taking my personal circumstances to heart and doing everything she can to help me when in need.
