Wolfdene

Bought a townhouse at Saratoga. Paid for an upgrade for tapware and toilet to find out we only got the same toilet as everyone else (we were not notified until we asked). The only upgrade they provided were the taps. I understand and appreciate the reason to not upgrade the toilet as stated in the contract but is it not reasonable to provide those who have actually PAID $1000 for an upgrade with some sort of compensation? Many other reasons for 1 star rating which the marketing team has yet (>1 month now) get back to me for. In short, great marketing, poor delivery and empty promises.

I recently settled on one of Wolfdenes townhouses. During the handover process I provided a list of defects to the company, however was delighted at handover to see all of them items completed to a high standard. Customer Service was smooth during the entire process. Thank you.

I brought in the first lot of townhouses at Saratoga Estate, Point Cook. Quality of my home is absolute rubbish. Painting inside and outside is patchy, decking coming apart and nails coming out (screws should have been used), cabinetry second rate, tiling and grout are not even, floorboards lifting and noisy roof sheets. Wolfdene had a answer and excuse for every defect and tried to get out of fixing them. I know of one neighbor that has been waiting over 18 months to get their defects repaired. Absolute disgrace. Now they have built more townhouses in the estate and speaking to the residents there, believe it or not, they have exactly the same issues. Wolfdene are good at taking your hard earned cash but when it comes to fixing problems, they don’t want to know about it. As with the Saratoga Estate itself, I was promised a prestigious estate with landscaped areas and a recreation centre, which residents have been waiting for over 4 years for. What have I got? A estate full of rentals with tenants that don’t care what their place looks like, Department of Housing homes full of riff raff and trouble makers and landscaped areas full of weeds. Reminds me of the old Housing Commission areas. It certainly resembles that. And yes, we do have a owners corporation that do absolutely nothing. What a waste of money. I would not recommend Wolfdene to my worst enemy. Keep away from them, they are full of lies and false promises. May I add that Wolfdene employees are posting five star reviews on this review page. Just a heads up 🤬

So far the work completed prior to my defect inspection last Thursday, I am extremely disappointed with the work. I wasn't expecting the finish to be the same as a display home, however, what I have seen so far in terms of the condition it was in for my inspection before settlement leaves a lot to be desired. Settlement was supposed to happen before Christmas, but I doubt they will fix anything before then. The paint job is horrendous and there are marks throughout the home. There is also poor workmanship throughout most bathrooms and cupboard space. I am hoping they will fix everything prior to my settlement, but their response so far has been very disappointing. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go with them unless things are fixed quick smart so I can hopefully change my bad review of them. Your response since my last review above is not true. Items above are in the defects report. What I am looking for is rectification of all items listed prior to settlement as would any purchasor.
