I rarely (if ever) write reviews on anything, but in this case I feel the absolute need to do so.  I actually wish I could rate less than zero.  I am a property owner who engaged them to manage my investment property.
Nice words and promises in the beginning, but ended up being very (very) unhappy with their level of service.  I feel lucky that I have removed my business away from their management.

I echo previous post - beware!!!

I'm a fully paid up tennant having paid rent on time for 35 monts and arrived at the premises to find that the locks were changed without the provision of any notice or advance warning.

We are now taking them to VCAT as well as lodging an official complaint with the REIV over their failure to follow the terms of a commercial lease.

Im staggered with their unbelievable and unethical approach to the way they conduct business.

Beware!
