Hodges Prahran have been managing a two-apartment duplex property for my family for over a decade. Have recently found they have been letting us down in a number of ways: - letting a tenant keep 4 DOGS & 6 CATS in a 2 bedroom apartment; - ignoring the complaints of another tenant regarding the noise & smell of these 10 animals; - letting the tenant move out of a very dirty apartment, then releasing the bond without any cleaning occurring; - not promptly addressing concerns with tenants re dogs & cleaning; - providing a new tenant with a wildly inaccurate Conditions Report; - refusing to take responsibility for the issues above; - made lots of crazy claims about who was to blame - but all without any shred of evidence; In all honesty - I could only recommend that landlords and tenants look elsewhere. Look anywhere else.

I loved their prompt email replies. They responded nicely with patience. Application process was fast too- thanks to their clear requirements and instructions.

Hodges made the whole process easy and everything was finalised very quickly. I had zero experience with rental applications before but Kate was very understanding and helpful, and made the experience less stressful. I would highly recommend Kate and Hodges to any other first-time renters.

I have had dealing with a couple of agents and the team at Hodges Prahran/South Yarra are streets ahead of the rest. Continued by my recent communications with Benjamin Seivers being brilliant. Easy to deal with, up front and communicative. I'd definitely recommend this team for your real-estate needs.
