As a previous tenant of a shop leased by ASM commercial , I am warning all the future tenants that these people are bunch of crooks and will always favour the landlord if there is any problem in the premises. You will have to pay from your own pocket for the expenses. Once you sign the lease documents, they will just relax and will not bother about any problem at the premises. You will keep calling them and in reply they will say landlord has not advised anything yet.
Please guys don't rent any property from them. I wish I can give them minus score instead of 1 star.
