Nearly everyone at BFG are lovely and amazing people (Danny, both Samantha’s, Renee, Jennifer, Lisa and Richard.) were all so amazing to deal with. Until today, never had an issue with anyone. There is one real estate agent in particular who is new and who is utterly unprofessional, “C”, and to quote her, she told my fiancé that “he had attitude” when he clearly didn’t, (even if he did, that would be unprofessional to speak to him in that way), he was just confused and she threatened to give us a bad rental reference due to a rent misunderstanding if we were to apply for another property. Thanks to this agent we no longer want to deal with BFG at the end of our lease. She has ruined our experience with this lovely real estate.

Booked in for an inspection on a property in Cranbourne North unit 11/41-45 Valencia circuit, it was an allocated 10 minute time slot. I thought I'd be there with the agent alone but no such luck, I arrived and there were at least six other lots of people there to look at the property with a sign out the front open for inspection. That's not where it ends though, eventually after standing around watching the agent stand at the front door on her phone was told that we wouldn't be getting to see the property cause she didn't have the keys to get in!!! After receiving text messages earlier on in the day to confirm I would be showing up at the allocated time you would think they would have made sure they had a key to the property. The agent was happy to lay the blame on the person who was currently living there for not being there or showing up to meet her, oh my god are you a business or what??? I wouldn't leave this mob in charge of topping up the toilet paper in my toilet let alone managing any of my assets!!! Absolute Circus, my advice is to steer well and truly clear from this Mob of Clowns. Not to mention the fact that they are obviously in charge of someone's property and have managed to piss off about 6 seperate lots of people! I even left work early to get to the inspection of which I was getting double time to be at work which is around $70 an hour and all for what??? An absolute disappointment that's what!! Thanks BFG I'll be sure to tell everyone I know not to do business with your company unless they want the run around! Oh and I also rang and left messages to chat with someone before I was to inspect the property but no one returned my calls???? Unfortunately I had to give a 1 star cause there is no provisions for no stars!!! One of their company slogans is personal and accountable service is hard to find these days! They are obviously still trying to find it themselves?? Cause they certainly weren't personal with me and they were anything but accountable!!!
