National Property Management

Don't let them manage your properties... My 2 properties are managed by NPM. The Accounting/Finance makes rampant errors in payments and are routinely late in payments which resulted interests being charged. They then charge the interests levied against the rent collected (=which means I bear the cost of their incompetence). I raised the feedback to request for improvement in their quality of services. The Account Manager responds only are several chases which is a some months. Now, the costs is still sitting with me and no sight of resolutions yet as they respond only after several reminders with little change in status.

Terrible and unprofessional staff. Teddy Yusak in particular has no communication skills and was careless in dealing with my applications and concerns. What an awful company.
