VERY BAD EXPERIENCE AS A TENANT Alex Xia is my agent. I have been a tenant at the property for more than a month now, still regretting my decision to sign a lease with this agency. Initially, during the application process Alex was quick to review and accept my application. He was very responsive to my calls and texts. I did find it a bit odd for him to text me rather than a formal email requesting for bond payment, but I did not think of it too much. After that, everything else went pear-shaped. Alex is very careless. He filled in incorrect information of myself in the lease contract, which I managed to get him to correct. Then, the address written in bond statement was slightly incorrect but Alex said to just turn a blind eye. He even forgot to contact me prior to my lease starting. I was the one who had to call him requesting for keys, and I can tell by his response that he forgot my lease start date. When moving in, he did not provide me the condition report until I threatened to report him to higher authorities. After 5 days of moving in, he then sent me the condition report. Consumer Affair Vic website stated that I should have received the condition report and return it within 3 days of moving in. Alex has given me one main key to the property without the mailbox key. I have requested the mailbox key and also an additional set of keys as there are two people in the lease. I have been waiting for more than a month now for the keys but still haven't gotten them. I couldn't check my mail because of this. Alex is also very unresponsive. He picks up my call only half of the time and never return my calls, texts or emails. Very unprofessional. I am very disappointed with him and the agency. Please avoid them at all cost!
Please avoid this real estate agent at all cost!. very disappointed! Agent Aileen Zheng is so rude. She doesn't even pick up the phone or replies to any emails. If you call the reception, they say that Aileen went for an inspection or in a meeting. My experience with her was horrible. There were many issues in the house, I informed the agent within 3 days of moving in. No actions had been taken. I went to the consumer affairs and reported. Once they got involved in my matter agent started responding my emails. She dragged the refund bond money for more than a month. The agent is very unprofessional! The good reviews must have been written by themselves. It sounds too good to believe from what I have experienced with the agent
We had a beautiful time at the apartment in the Southbank, despite we had an issue with the landlord. However, our agent Jun Wong, did an exceptional action. He tried to mediate the issue and staying in the neutral position. He helped us as well during our time in Southbank. Jun is a great property manager

They are getting better and we can see Jun, our agent, is trying his best to get the faulty lamps and the dish washer fixed. No matter if he could make it or not, his attitude is professional and respectful. Thank you. Previous comment :The staff is quite unprofessional since It usually takes months to get a response from the agent. Once I called the agent to inform him of the issue of dishwasher around 2 months ago, the agent asked me to give him some details to his working email. I did as he told and as far no more response comes from him. What is worse, I tried to call him recently but he refused to answer my call in working hours. Maybe he was unavailable at that moment but he never called back even I had left the voice message.
