BEWARE - SCAMMED. By far the worst "real estate" company I have ever had to deal with. Very unprofessional from the start to end. I do not believe this company are a legitimate company as we rented out a property and all the maintenance as well as the leasing to the house was family of the owner. We moved into a property full of rubbish so much so we started getting fines from the counsel. The carpet stunk & when we moved out they recommended a cleaner which also scammed us. We were quoted 2 days work of cleaning but they did 1 day & charges us more for the second day telling us to pay or it will come out of our bond giving us a bad name. We paid for the carpets to be cleaned when we moved out (through that scammer they recommended despite that they had not been cleaned when we moved in. Then they had the nerve to tell us they needed to be chemically cleaned AGAIN at our cost in addition to the extra day the cleaner had to do. I would not rent through these guys as you might be dealing with bias family members of the owners of the property.

SCAMMERS DO NOT BUY OR RENT PROPERTY OFF THEM! BEWARE! I had friends of mine go through them & they ended up scamming them. I wouldn't trust them what so ever. They are after money money money.

Worst Real Estate Ever!!!!! Don't be bothered to go in. The date the key was handed over was one day delayed from the lease commencement date. Most importantly, no electricity was connected when we moved in, nor any sign of pre-check conducted prior to the move-in of new tenents. The apartment condition was totally unacceptable, so many problems.
