Never recommend this plz. This crazy company no added enough guidance and details to their web site and also their stupid  staff never answer the phone.

Dodgy company. I'm not a person who believes internet ratings a lot. BUT after dealing with them in person, I realised that there's a reason behind all these bad ratings. Their customer service is the worst, inefficient and lack of mutual trust. Even though most of the students trust them at first, don't expect their property manager will do the same thing. No care, no respect, they just see you as a cash cow! The property manager and the front desk lady are ALWAYS busy, too busy from answering phonecalls, too busy from meeting you, too busy with any questions or requests. Even if they do something in mistake, they will just find an excuse without any apologies. Don't be fooled by the name "student housing" if you are looking for a place from overseas, this company is no difference with any other real estate agencies. Before you decide to sign a lease with them, google online and see their reviews. Goon luck.

I loved living in a SHA building. The staff was always so helpful and friendly. The building and room was clean, secure and a nice environment. I would recommend SHA to any student coming to Australia.

I had a nightmare experience with SHA. When I moved in I had the studio apartment which was full German cockroaches. They said we will clean it up but it didn't work. I couldn't sleep 4 night in the apartment. After the pest controllers sypray the apartment, I moved in again but the cockroaches welcomed me when I open the door. The place was just not safe to live in. I end up paying two weeks rent as a penalty to break my lease contract. 
They never looked after me. Don't waste your money with this company. Non of my friends were happy too after who moved in different Sha apartments

I never recommend SHA to anyone even my worst enemy! First of all, you will be locked in a fixed-term contract. They never will help you to resolve any problems during lease or after that. The secretary in Burwood Hwy office and the property manager (I guess his name was Jerry) both are rude. I get my bond back after three months and too many contacts with them. Be aware that they try to charge you using your bond by reporting sth ridiculous after evacuating your home. If you had to take this place for any reason, fill out the condition report carefully and write “EVERYTHING” that are not in a good condition. Also, take photos from any points of your ensuite and then send all to the manager along with your condition report as a record.
