Don't bother to rent a place from these people. only care about stealing money from you. Last year we rent from them a apartment. At first they really providing good service because they need tenants. Soon you move into their place after paying huge bond and the first rent they stop care. During the lease period they even not replying to your emails. Have to send 10 email to get reply by them. End of lease if you not hiring their professional cleaners (I think these guys having deal with the cleaner because they way to expensive compare to other professional cleaners) be hold they will be picky even for small stain and ask you to do cleaning more and more and try to rip your bond. In conclusion: don't even bother to visit them. They gonna rip you off.

Core Realty have been absolutely brilliant to deal with. Excellent customer service with professional staff! I would highly recommend Core Realty to all my family and friends. Ive got very pleasant customer experience with them. Extremely helpful, efficient and responsive.

I have been dealing with Elsa now for over 2years. She has leased out my investment properties within a week. Honest, fast paced and know the market well. I'd highly recommend Elsa and her team!
