I was in the market for a new property manager to take care of my investment property in Melbourne. After a quick search around I found Melbourne Real Estate and made an enquiry. The very next day I was followed up with Jeremy who talked me through all the fine details and displayed excellent customer service skills, I signed up straight away. Fast forward a couple of weeks and Nelson my property manager is delivering above and beyond what I ever expected. He provides me with real time information, is always communicating and gives me the peace of mind that my investment property in Melbourne is being taken care of. Bonus points for their interactive app and video inspections which is quite handy seeing as I live in Sydney.

Best Real Estate Agency we dealt with, and they all are really professional. They were really understanding of our situation caused by our current Agency, and they went beyond what they could do the help us out.  If I could give them 100 stars, I would. Danielle was fantastic, the best Real Estate Agent! We will definitely use Melbourne Real Estate again!

I have been dealing with Nelson Rowe as the property manager of my new rental. Being a first time renter he made the process very straightforward and was/ still is helpful with any issues and questions I have. From viewing the property to signing the contract it was very easy and stress free. I would highly recommend the team at Melbourne Real Estate and Nelson in particular.

MRE is a truly professional and reliable company I have used for over a year and I am very happy with the service and interaction. All good and no complaint at all. Their staff are superb, on the ball, professional and friendly.

Certainly one of the best real estate agencies if not the best. The customer service and professionalism really is top notch with Melbourne Real Estate! In particular Jay Jacob Green stands out as one of the most competent property managers I have come across. If there is anything that needs to be done, you can always count on Jay on getting things done quickly! Couldn't have asked for a better real estate agency
