Brady Residential Real Estate

I was amazed to see the review two weeks ago by Tom Smith, warning the public to avoid Brady Properties. I am landlord for the CBD apartment rented last year by Mr Smith via Brady. After his co-tenant was deported mid-2017, thereby breaking their lease, Mr Smith was given ample time to vacate. I waived the half-rent owing by his missing companion. However the pair left an abandoned car in the allocated parking space which, being outside the jurisdiction of both police and body corporate, took over a month to remove. I’m told Mr Smith failed to respond to numerous attempts by Brady to communicate with him on matters of bond etc after he left. Brady has handled this property for me for 15 years and has been exemplary. Without exception, staff have been efficient and courteous. Mr Smith’s comments are totally unjustified in my view. Other landlords may care to keep this in mind.

Like others have said, worst ever company I have experienced. Chaotic management, irresponsible agent, absence of reaction to complaint emails, etc. It takes them forever to do anything, and if you don't chase them up, they'll just do nothing. Tara Debrincat, as pointed out by others, worst ever agent. The only 2 things she knows are: 1) claiming nothing is her fault; 2) robbing every penny of your bond with ridiculous reasons. (For example: 1)We have vacuumed and steam vacuumed the carpet by professional cleaning company before evacuation (and provided the receipt to Brady), yet she insisted the carpets are "not clean" and need re-vacuum. And I can see no evidence from the pictures she took. 2) She claimed that we have re-painted the walls in a wrong way, and in fact, we have never painted the walls she pointed out. 3)My housemate returned the keys and signed the form they asked but didn't think of keep a copy as evidence. She insisted that we have lost that set of keys and didn't return.) If I had the time and effort, would definitely go to VCAT. VERY DISAPPOINTED! Try to avoid this company and if you have to go with them, keep every evidence. Bare in mind that they'll take any chance to rip you off.

Kenny and Tempel are the very good real estate agent. They are experienced and very very nice! They helped us find our new home very quickly even during the New Year Holidays. It is a really enjoyable experience for me!!

Kenny is really responsible and helpful during the inspection and the subsequent event. Tempel is also a great agent who is really friendly and gives us a good experience in Brady. We would like to choose Brady again for its trustworthy service.

Tempel Steegstra from BP Real Estate is fantastic. She is highly professional and very friendly. She is always willing to go that extra mile to help you out, which I really appreciate. I recommend all my friends to BP Real Estate as I know they will be well taken care of!
