Very Pleased with my property manager, Foster Noonan. Very responsive to emails! Recently had tenant vacating the property, he did a very detailed inspection throughout the property, wrote a superb condition report in a way as if I was there! Highly Recommend Little Real Estate, loving how they interact with me though we only communicated through emails/phones. They got the job done professionally!

Little Residential is amazing agency! I need to mention our property manager Renee Dai who is dedicated to her work and keep us updated with any issue that we are facing. Little Residential did a great job by choosing her as our new property manager, also we need to mention our previous property manager Robert Marshall who also did amazing job! Fantastic company to deal with. Damien Welch collected the keys on our behalf the day of settlement and within 2 days photos had been arranged the property listed. We had 21 groups inspect the property within a few days and a lease signed shortly after. Communication from our property manager has been great and I will definitely be listing my next investment property with Little Real Estate.

I am truly sorry but I have Been really really upset with service and experience with it. I told one in charge that I don’t need lease to be continued like 60 days ago and contract is supposed to be end on Feb yet and I still got money taken from my direct debit account. They refuse to give me any notice and reply my email or text until I made multiple phone calls. The one in charge said I need to return the remote, so I did on the same day . So what happened? It has been Alomst 3 weeks since then and and I still did not receive my refund or bond.I lost my patience.
