I had an inspection booked for today and had it confirmed by Tiana the day before. She said ‘see you then.’  

We travelled half way across the city to find that nobody was there. I had to phone HER only to find out it had been leased the day before!! The very same day she said she would see us for an inspection. 

She was completely unapologetic for not letting us know and made it seem as if it was our fault for showing up. 

Absolutely shocking customer service and business ethic. I will not be using property X again and will be discouraging anyone looking for a flat from using them as well.

The agent we were in contact with was very poor in communication, being rude, getting frustrated and inconsiderate of genuine reasons as to why we couldn’t make the inspection of the property we were looking to rent. Despite my calls she seemed determined that our application was dependant on making the inspection. And the apartment went to someone who was willing to pay $10 dollars more increase so it seems like an auction instead.

Tiana is the most unprofessional property manager I have ever encountered. I wish I could give zero or negative stars. They organise inspections, never update you that the property has been leased internally. And you end up waiting outside the property for 45 minutes with no response to calls or emails. 
Please don’t go with them. There are numerous other great agents out there. Don’t waste your time and money.
