Completely disrespectful and disappointed as a contractor. Total waste of time. WARNING DO NOT DO ANY WORK with this COMPANY. You will not get paid. Or even common courtesy of a call back. 
As for rental it takes them 5 days to get back to their tenant. Proceed with Caution.
