Excellent staff and service, especially Jessica. Leasing Melbourne are a very good estate agent.

However, we had terrible difficulties with our landlord. DO NOT LEASE 46 Freeman Street, Richmond. The landlords took us to a VCAT hearing without any justification in an attempt to screw us out of our bond. I would never deal with the landlord again.

Leasing Melbourne are FANTASTIC. By far one of the best property management companies in Melbourne. The team are friendly and exceptionally professional, ensuring both the landlord and tenant are well looked after in every respect. They have always been available and willing to assist in any way possible from arranging a last minute viewing of a potential property through to any maintenance requirements. If I was in the market for a property agent, given their high standards Leasing Melbourne would be my first choice. My only disappointment is that I have since moved property and will no longer be dealing with them. However if I was to move again their property listings would be my first port of call. I highly recommend them to all potential tenants and landlords

I have rated with 4 stars rather than 5 only because I have only recently commenced as a tenant under a lease managed by Leasing Melbourne, and I have little experience of their service and responsiveness to a tenant. However, my initial impression is a very good one. In particular, the principal of the firm spent a long time on the phone with me when I was starting my search for a new rental property. She talked over with me the things that I was looking for and volunteered a lot of useful information about the state of the market as she perceived it, and about how I might secure the sort of place that I was interested in. There was no immediate reason that she ought to have done that, as I was not paying for her time. But it made a strong impression on me, and made me think that her business was more than the usual sort of property management factory. Give them a go.
