CBRE

Have used CBRE on a number of occasions over the years for my warehouses out west. They have always delivered on time with excellent communication throughout the process. When I'm back in property, I will contact these guys first

The retail leasing is hopeless. They are impossible to get in touch with. I have called Tan Thach three times in last two weeks to get an update on the property which is listed with them for last 12 months. He never called back. Look somewhere else if you want an agent to return your call or will get your property leased. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. 13.12.2017 The arrogance is just unbelievable. I have requested the keys to the property after withdrawing the listing at least five times in last 2 months, but only hollow promises is what I have been delivered. People like Tan Thach should not even be in this industry where a lot of public dealing is necessary.

Their retail leasing people are generally impossible to get in touch with. They do not answer or return phone calls and emails, which I feel is quite unprofessional. Perhaps they are overwhelmed with work, but they should at least have the decency to acknowledge and respond to genuine inquiries. Now when I see a CBRE listing, I don't even bother to enquire.

Very poor in transparency especially in the commercial division - definitely will tell you one thing to try and create an outcome and then do another. Avoid this agent when purchasing commercial in particlular Nick Lower. Typical fast talker

I've used CBRE's Teams for both the leasing and sales of my commercial assets, and having used other agencies in the past I have to say CBRE have been the most diligent and the best performers in the market. it is no surprise they have been agency of the year 4 years in a row... their results speak for them self.
