Knight Frank Melbourne

Horrendous experience. Rental agent (Hayley Zovic of Knight Frank Melbourne) only showed the property for 5 minutes and did not show other aspects of the property as she mentioned that "I literally have 50 properties to open today". Despite that, I liked the property and submitted an application at the advertised price. I was never contacted after my application and only found out that the property had been leased because the advertisement was taken down. Have not received any updates about my application and it has been two weeks since the advertisement was taken off. Absolutely disgraceful. Would never recommend her as she seems like she cant even provide basic service.

Absolutely total disregard to tenants needs. Worst service ever and would strongly urge any prospective client to look elsewhere

Terribly Organised - 4 Property Managers in 12 months. Employees seem extremely demotivated and they are lacking in structure big time. The overall service and experience was a 2/10.

I've used all of the larger agencies and I have to say I just wasn't that satisfied when using knight franks leasing teams (Both Retail and Office). I have a few CBD assets that I wont let Knight Frank Lease or manage.
