Great all round service. I’ve dealt with a number of agencies over the years and CVA is head and shoulders above the rest.

A bunch of scamers assembled together to come up with this company. Service fees are so high and see your hard earned dollars gone easily. I guess this is exactly how they manage to drive fancy luxury cars. Don't believe me? Wait for your $15000 bill when you want to leave the lease early.

CVA are absolutely horrible to deal with! If you do fail to pay your rent on the due date, CVA will issue a Default Notice the very next day. This Default Notice is done internally by CVA and costs the tenant $385! This money does not go to the landlord. Once issued the tenant has a further 14 x days to pay which means the landlord gets paid possibly up to 14 x days later. The only winner here is CVA. They are opportunists maximising their own earnings, not acting in the landlord's best interests.

All those luxury cars, fancy suits, expensive laptops, bright white teeth and fake smiles are smoke and mirrors. Never have I ever received such shocking treatment as I have by this mob of conniving, conspiring crooks. Disgraceful treatment of their clients and of prospective buyers. Do not go near CVA Property Consultants.
