I am usually friendly but Greg Hocking is the most horrific company to rent from. I have never experienced what I have with them in the history of my life. The property manager changed several times throughout my tenancy and I never met the original one.

When I was ready to move house they switched off my electricity two days early so that I get cleaners or vacuum. Even without lights the apartment was sparkling clean, which I managed to do while the sun was still up. Then they hired someone they wanted to come clean my place after I did already and further charged me another $500 for the service. I have never experienced worse service than this.
