Story

Melcorp was founded on the premise that a happy client is a client for life. Our aim has always been to provide a personalised service to each and every one of our valued clients which exceeds their expectations. This means keeping communication clear and regular, constantly striving to increase our knowledge of the local Melbourne property market and actively sharing this knowledge. I am pleased to highly recommend Miss Edith Wu,  Melcorp’s  Business Development Manager.
Edith is trustworthy, friendly and helpful. She is endowed with a keen sense of responsibility and she is always ready to serve others. She impresses me with her sincerity and patience. I was a new owner of Australian property, she explained everything clearly and offered me many useful advices. 
Moreover, She has excellent communication skills, problem- solving skills and analysis capability, she also has rich knowledge of property management,  always keeps track on current situation, therefore t she has helped me to find good tenants and solved all complicated problems I met.

A disappointing experience. I called to obtain a standard rental reference for a prospective tenant who had applied to my property and was currently renting through Melcorp (standard practice). I was gruffly greeted by a rude receptionist who's grasp of English was minimal. When I asked to speak with the property manager who I had been specifically referred to, she demanded to know why I wanted to speak to her. I told her why I was calling, and she cut me off saying "did you email her". When I replied no, she dismissed me by suggesting that the property manager would have no interest in speaking to  me unless I had sent an email. After practically being hung up on, I sent the property manager an email.  Still haven't heard back from anyone..... pity for the prospective tenant who will not be successful in securing the property as they have no rental reference because of Melcorp.

Professional service and considerate advice provided by Melcorp and my agent Edith Wu definitely exceeded my expectations. I am quite satisfied with the leasing campaign of my apartment, especially their background check process of the tenants, contract negotiation and property management. Highly recommended for property owners.

Melcorp is a very excellent real estate agency among Melbourne. I'm very happy to work with your business development manager Edith Wu to lease out my apartment. She is very efficient and patient, explained every items in a very detailed way. After having a consultation with her last month and handed over the key, she successfully leased out my apartment in less than a week time! Highly recommend!
